The National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Makurdi, on Wednesday nullified the election of Mr David Ogewu of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and declared Mr Samson Okwu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) winner of the Obi/Oju Federal Constituency election.
