Bidding has begun for Manchester United, one of the world's largest and most esteemed football clubs, and among the interested parties are a son of Qatar's former prime minister, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, and Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the billionaire founder of UK chemicals group Ineos.
